Jahangir Alam has joined Daily Rupali Saikat published from Cox’s Bazar as an advisory editor.

Jahangir Alam is widely known in the district as a media friendly and development personality. He is a lifetime member of Cox’s Bazar District Press Club. He has been working for 15 years as a development worker in the country’s renowned NGO organization KOST Foundation. Working as Assistant Director. Cox’s Bazar, a network of NGOs, is also serving as a member of the Civil Society NGO Forum CCNF.

Education: Jahangir Alam earned Masters and LLB degrees in Political Science.

He has participated in meetings and seminars in different countries of the world as a representative of the organization.

Besides, he is also involved in various social activities.

Joining Rupali Saikat, a popular daily newspaper of Cox’s Bazar district edited and published by Fazlul Quader Chowdhury as an advisory editor, he said that journalists are the 4th pillar of the state.
